Juvenile dermatomyositis

For both the diagnosis and follow-up of patients with juvenile dermatomyositis it is necessary to perform a series of tests, some of which have already been seen previously and others will be described in more detail in this chapter: specific antibodies and/or those associated with myositis, capillaroscopy, echocardiogram and electrocardiogram, respiratory function tests, radiographs in different locations and high resolution thoracic CT.
